These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ALTIVERSE AI trading bot, website, and all related services ("Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is legal in your country or region.

3. Account Registration

• To use the trading bot, you must create an account using accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any actions taken under your account are considered your responsibility.

4. Service Overview

• ALTIVERSE AI provides AI-powered automated crypto trading and a global reward system.
• Trading operations are executed automatically by AI algorithms on supported exchanges.
• The reward system includes activation benefits, referral pools, trade pools, and royalty pools.

5. Activation & Charges

• An annual activation charge of $120 is required to start using the bot.
• The amount is distributed among direct sponsors, referral pools, and company reserves as defined in the system structure.
• Once paid, the activation charge is non-refundable.

6. Trading & Profit Policy

• The trading bot operates using AI-driven strategies.
• Profits are automatically reflected in your user dashboard.
• 20% of each profitable trade is deducted as a gas fee, which is distributed across trade pools and company maintenance.
• If trading results in a loss, no gas fee is deducted.
• Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

7. Reward & Pool System

• The system includes Referral Pools, Trade Pools, and a Monthly Royalty Pool.
• Rewards are distributed automatically as per system rules:
• • Referral & Trade Pools: Daily (12:00 PM IST)
• • Royalty Pool: Monthly (last day of each month)
• Qualification for ranks and pools depends on team size and active referrals.
• The company reserves the right to modify pool distribution percentages to maintain ecosystem stability.

8. Rank System

• Users can upgrade through ranks: Power Player, Force Multiplier, Impact Leader, and Game Changer.
• Each higher rank replaces the previous one; only one active rank is held at a time.
• Qualification criteria must be met before rank activation.

9. Withdrawal & Payouts

• All earnings are credited in your ALTIVERSE AI wallet and can be withdrawn to your linked crypto wallet.
• Transaction or network fees (if applicable) are borne by the user.
• The company is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion or third-party services.

10. Data Protection

• Your personal and trading data is protected as per our Privacy Policy.
• We use secure encryption and authentication systems to prevent unauthorized access.
• You agree that your basic data may be used for verification, communication, and system improvement.

11. Risk Disclaimer

• Cryptocurrency trading involves market risk and volatility.
• ALTIVERSE AI does not guarantee profits or returns.
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
• The company shall not be liable for losses caused by market fluctuations, exchange downtime, or user errors.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent, unethical, or multi-account practices.
• Use bots, scripts, or third-party tools to manipulate results.
• Violate local laws or misuse referral structures.
• Share false information or misrepresent ALTIVERSE AI publicly.

13. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, content, and design elements of ALTIVERSE AI are company-owned intellectual property. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify any part of the system without written permission.

14. Modification of Services

ALTIVERSE AI reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at any time. Changes will be communicated via email, website notification, or in-app updates. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of new terms.

15. Limitation of Liability

ALTIVERSE AI, its developers, and partners are not responsible for direct, indirect, or incidental losses. The platform provides tools and services "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted performance or guaranteed profits.

16. Termination of Account

The company may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in misuse. Upon termination, all pending rewards may be forfeited if obtained through fraudulent activity.
